Vanta helps businesses automate security monitoring and accelerate compliance processes.

Such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and more. This project focused on reimagining Vanta’s dashboard UI to simplify workflows, improve visibility, and enhance the user experience for security teams of all sizes.

Security and compliance often feel overwhelming—especially for startups and growing teams. The tools meant to make compliance easier are often cluttered, technical, and unintuitive. The challenge was to create an interface that simplifies complex processes without compromising detail or control.

To tackle the complexity of compliance workflows, the solution was centered around redesigning the Vanta experience into a clean, modular, and user-friendly system. Our approach focused on guiding users step-by-step through their security and compliance journey while automating as many technical tasks as possible.

Working on Vanta showed how much trust hinges on great UX. Even in technical products, clarity and design can be a differentiator. This project reinforced the importance of reducing friction in complex tools and creating confidence through smart, transparent design. Vanta reminded us that security shouldn’t feel scary — it should feel empowering.
