Our concept aimed to reimagine how businesses onboard the Drift experience with a clean, intuitive UI and streamlined chat integration for better user engagement and lead conversion.

Problem

Most businesses still rely on static forms or delayed outreach to capture leads, losing momentum when visitor intent is at its peak. The onboarding process for conversational tools like Drift can also feel complex for new users, affecting adoption and setup efficiency.
